This rice dish has a perfect combination of flavours from a Thai Red Curry & the fried rice you get in Asian restaurants. Made with premium jasmine rice, organic coconut milk powder, whole spices such as chilli, fennel, cumin, coriander, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lemon grass and contains dried carrots, red capsicum, green capsicum, mushroom and onion. This is a nutritionally dense dish! Unlike the typical curry flavour you get in supermarkets, this dish has a perfectly balanced flavours. The chilli provides a nice heat to this dish and compliments the curry flavour! All you need is a saucepan and about 900 ml of water. Cooks in under 20 min. All you have to do is cook the dhal in 1 litre of water for about 15 min, add the spice mix, stir well and cook for another 5 min to create an authentic South Indian style dhal. It is that simple. Note: This recipe will take about 45 mins to cook to get mung dhal nice and soft. If you use a pressure cooker instead of a saucepan, you can still cook this in under 25 mins.

It also contains organic desiccated coconut, fermented lentils, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, asafoetida and curry leaves. All you have to do is cook the dhal in 1.2 litres of water for about 30 min, add the spice mix, stir well and cook for another 15 mins to create an authentic South Indian style dhal.
