Mix it in with cooked rice, couscous, or quinoa to create an instant meal.
Fermented and Roasted Lentils, Dried Curry Leaves, Chia Seeds, Black Pepper, Kashmiri Chillies, Turmeric and Asafoetida (Dried gum from root of Ferula tree)
This product contain mustard and chia seeds and may also contain traces of sesame seeds.
Store it in a cool, dark place away from light. Once the packet is opened, store the container in the fridge as it will keep the seasoning nice and fresh. Best before date only applies to items stored correctly.
How to use the product
Pairs well with any veggies, lentils, beans, rice & couscous. Add it to broth soups, stews or create Madras style vegetable curry. This is ready to use seasoning, which means you can simply add it to cooked soups, stews or curries. Just add 2-3 teaspoons to 1 standard bowl. If you want bit spicier, just add 4 teaspoons to each bowl of soup, stew or curries. Stir well & serve.
