You don’t need a lot of this seasoning to get lots of flavour. ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon can add great depth of flavour to your plant based food. Our mint blend works best with dishes containing carrots, potato, corn, eggplant, avocadoes, tomatoes, sweet potato, and pumpkin. You can add it to cooked rice, couscous, quinoa, or buckwheat to create a fresh mint flavour.
Fermented and Roasted Lentils, Dried Mint, Chia Seeds, Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Dried Red Chillies, Turmeric and Asafoetida (Dried gum from root of Ferula tree)
This product contain mustard and chia seeds and may also contain traces of sesame seeds.
Store it in a cool, dark place away from light. Once the packet is opened, store the container in the fridge as it will keep the seasoning nice and fresh. Best before date only applies to items stored correctly..
