  • 2 ear of corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon PICKLD Savoury Coconut Seasoning Premium Blend
  • Salt & pepper to taste

    How To Cook :

    Step 1

    Shuck the corn and remove any remaining husk.

    Step 2

    Wet and squeeze dry a piece of paper towel, and wrap it around the corn.

    Step 3

    Place the paper towel wrapped corn onto a plate and microwave for 3 minutes.

    Step 4

    Once cool enough to touch, brush the corn with olive oil and cover in the PICKLD Savoury Coconut Seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Step 5

    Fry the corn in a hot frying pan until chargrilled, turning every minute or so.

    Step 6

    Serve immediately.
