  • 6 tablespoon of coconut, lentils and chia seasoning

    How To Cook :

    Step 1

    Cook 2 cups of Basmati or Jasmine rice

    Step 2

    Once the rice is cooked, heat the coconut oil in a small sauce pan on high heat for 2 min

    Step 3

    Transfer the cooked rice into a mixing bowl

    Step 4

    Add the hot coconut oil to the rice

    Step 5

    Add the coconut seasoning to the rice, along with salt and pepper to taste, mix them well using a spatula

    Step 6

    Serve the coconut rice with a curry and pappadams
