  • ½ large sweet potato diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 5 baby cherry radish sliced
  • 3 carrots diced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil for roasting
  • 4 tablespoons of PICKLD Coriander Seasoning Premium Blend.
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

    How To Cook :

    Step 1

    Heat the oven at 220 C

    Step 2

    n an oven proof tray, add the veggies, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it well. Sprinkle a handful of water

    Step 3

    Bake the veggies for 20 min

    Step 4

    Take it out of the oven, add PICKLD Coriander Seasoning, mix it well and bake it for another 5 min

    Step 5

    Serve it hot as a side dish or alternatively, cook some quinoa and mix the roasted veggies to create coriander flavoured warm quinoa salad Oven Roasted Veggies
