Sesame Noodles


  • 250 gms dried flat rice noodles
  • 1/2 purple carrot (optional) cut into strips
  • 1/2 carrot cut into strips
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/4 capsicum cut into strips
  • 1/4 red capsicum cut into strips 6 snow peas cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 broccoli florets (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for seasoning
  • 3 teaspoon of our sesame, lentils and chia seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon of tamari sauce Ginger, garlic, shallots & chilli (optional)

    How To Cook :

    Step 1

    Cook the rice in boiling water for 3 min (or as per the instructions in the pack). Drain and rinse in cold water

    Step 2

    Heat oil in a wok, add the veggies and stir for 3 min at high heat (add ginger, garlic, shallots and chilli to hot oil before adding veggies if you are using them)

    Step 3

    Add the sesame seasoning & tamari sauce and stir for a min

    Step 4

    Add the rinsed noodles and stir gently for 2 min (use chopsticks or tongs) to make sure that the noodles is coated well with the sauce and seasoning. Serve it hot. Adding ginger, garlic, shallots & chilli will give you a depth of flavour.
